
PILATES PRIVATE [1:1] CLASS
At Line Pilates, our instructors can communicate in Vietnamese, English, Korean, and Japanese, ensuring that all students feel comfortable and well-supported in their practice.
OUR CLASS OFFERINGS
🔹 Private Class (1:1)
A one-on-one session with an instructor, featuring a personalized training program tailored to each student’s needs and physical condition. This class offers flexible scheduling and is ideal for beginners who are new to Pilates or those who wish to focus on specific goals.
🔹 Duet Class (1:2)
A semi-private class for two students, perfect for friends or family members with similar fitness levels who want to train together. The program is still customized to suit both individuals, ensuring optimal effectiveness. Scheduling is flexible based on instructor availability.
🔹 Group Class (5:1)
A small group class with a maximum of 5 students, fostering a dynamic and engaging training environment. Upon registration, members will receive access to our internal app, where they can check the schedule and book classes based on available time slots at each studio location.

50-Minute/Session
Each session lasts 50 minutes and is guided by a professional instructor. The session includes:
- Warm-up exercises for joints and major muscle groups.
- Targeted training for the hips, legs, arms, spine, glutes, and back.
Stretching and strength-building exercises.
- This well-rounded program ensures a full-body workout, enhancing overall strength, flexibility, and mobility.
Comfortable Attire – Ready Mindset
Wear comfortable clothing to move freely and get ready for an effective workout session.
At Line Pilates, we provide full amenities, including showers, lockers, towels, and drinking water, ensuring a convenient and comfortable training experience for all members.
When practicing Pilates, students should keep the following in mind to achieve the best results and avoid injuries:
Listen to your body – If you feel pain, stop and adjust. Do not push yourself too hard.
Warm-up & stretch – Helps prevent injuries and relax muscles.
